At our apps (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use any of our mobile applications (“App” or “Apps”).

1. Information We Collect

Our Apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data directly. However, we use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may process limited information required to verify and manage your purchases.

2. Apple Health Data (HealthKit)

Our App integrates with the Apple Health app (HealthKit). With your permission, we read the following data to enhance your breathing session experience:

  • Heart Rate — to provide real-time feedback during and after breathing sessions
  • Resting Heart Rate — to track long-term trends
  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) — to observe breathing session effects

We also write Mindfulness session data to Apple Health to log your completed breathing sessions. All HealthKit data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to any external servers or third parties. We do not use your HealthKit data for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Personal Information

We do not request or require any personally identifiable information (PII), including:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Contact list
  • Phone number

RevenueCat may collect limited, anonymized data such as transaction receipts and anonymous identifiers to process in-app purchases. This information is not linked to your personal identity by us.

4. Health Disclaimer Data

During onboarding, we display a health screening dialog asking whether you have certain medical conditions. Your response is not stored, transmitted, or shared. It is used only within the current session to display appropriate safety guidance.

5. Local Data Storage

All app-related data such as session history, streak records, selected protocols, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

6. App Content and Media

Our App includes audio guidance files stored locally within the app. We do not record, transmit, or collect any audio or media from your device.

7. Internet Connection

The App works primarily offline. Internet connection is only required for:

  • Processing in-app purchases
  • Loading subscription information

No personal or usage data is uploaded.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data. We cannot restore deleted data.

9. Third-Party Services

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. You can review their privacy policy here:

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps do not target or collect data from children under 13. As no personal data is collected, our Apps comply with COPPA by default.

11. Security

We follow best practices to keep your data safe on your device. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping your system updated.

12. Subscriptions & Purchases

All transactions are securely processed by the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

RevenueCat processes anonymized purchase data to manage subscription access. This data is not linked to your identity by us.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

13. App Permissions

Our App may request the following permissions:

  • Health & Fitness: To read and write HealthKit data
  • Audio: To play guidance sounds (no recording)
  • Notifications: For reminders
  • Haptics: For tactile feedback

All permissions are optional.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date.
