2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

The App is for informational and educational purposes only. Our App provides a tool for interval walking but does not constitute medical advice. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

• We are not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using the App.
• Always listen to your body and stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• The calorie and activity data provided are estimates and should not be used for medical purposes.

3. Description of Service

Our Apps provide mobile software experiences that focus on interval walking techniques, activity tracking, and health logging. Certain features require access to Apple Health (HealthKit) and a premium subscription managed through RevenueCat.

4. User Eligibility

Our Apps are intended for general audiences. Users under the age of 13 should obtain parental or guardian consent before using any App. Users must be in good physical health to perform interval walking exercises.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Ensure you are in a safe environment while using the App (avoid busy traffic or dangerous terrain while focusing on intervals).
• Maintain the security and privacy of your device.
• Ensure that subscription payments, if applicable, are current and valid.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are unlocked through premium subscriptions. We use RevenueCat to facilitate these transactions.

7.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7.2 Refunds

• Refund requests must be handled directly through the Apple App Store.
• We do not process or manage refunds directly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including the interval walking algorithms, UI design, and branding, are our property and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without authorization.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your HealthKit and personal data.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE. MEDICAL RESULTS AND WEIGHT LOSS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR PERSONAL INJURY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
