SOLTIAPPS
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 18, 2026
Last Updated: July 17, 2026
At our apps ("we", "our", or "us"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use any of our mobile applications ("App" or "Apps").
1. Information We Collect
Our Apps do not collect, store, or sell personal data directly. However, some third-party services may process limited data required to provide specific app functionality, such as subscription management, AI-powered features, or displaying advertising.
2. Personal Information
We do not request or require personally identifiable information (PII), including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Location
- Contact list
- Phone number
RevenueCat may process limited, anonymized information such as transaction receipts and anonymous identifiers to verify purchases and manage subscriptions. This information is not linked to your personal identity by us.
3. Local Data Storage
App-related data such as preferences, progress, settings, saved items, practice history, or conversation history is stored locally on your device, unless otherwise stated within the App.
We do not have access to locally stored data. If you delete the App, locally stored data may be permanently deleted from your device.
4. AI-Powered Features
Some of our Apps may include AI-powered features such as conversation practice, writing assistance, sentence correction, translation help, or language learning tools.
When you use AI-powered features, the text you enter may be temporarily processed through secure third-party AI service providers in order to generate a response.
We do not store AI conversation history on our servers. AI conversations and related practice history are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated within the App.
AI-generated responses are automated and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should use AI-generated content as learning assistance only.
5. App Content and Media
Some of our Apps may include media files such as audio, images, documents, or learning content. These files are either included in the App, generated locally, or used only to provide app functionality.
We do not record, collect, or transmit your photos, videos, audio recordings, or personal media unless a specific App feature clearly requires it and you choose to use that feature.
6. Advertising
Some of our Apps may display advertising through Google AdMob to support free access to app functionality.
If an App includes advertising, Google AdMob may collect and process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA), general location (derived from IP address), and app interaction data in order to serve ads and measure their performance. This may include personalized advertising based on your interests, or non-personalized advertising if you have not consented to tracking.
On iOS, Apps that use AdMob for personalized ads may request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your device's advertising identifier. If you decline this permission, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Not all of our Apps display ads. Please refer to the specific App to determine whether advertising is included.
7. Internet Connection
Our Apps may work fully or partially offline depending on the App's functionality. An internet connection may be required for:
- Processing in-app purchases and subscriptions through RevenueCat and the App Store
- Loading subscription offerings or pricing information
- Using AI-powered features, if available in the App
- Loading and displaying ads through Google AdMob, if advertising is included in the App
- Accessing online content or cloud-based functionality, if included in the App
No personal data is uploaded or synced except for temporary processing required to provide selected features, such as subscription verification or AI-powered responses.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Most user data is stored locally on your device. You have control over this data through your device and App settings.
Uninstalling the App may permanently delete locally stored data such as preferences, progress, saved content, and AI conversation history. We cannot restore deleted local data.
We do not store AI conversation history on our servers.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to provide app functionality:
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- OpenAI or other AI service providers: Used in some Apps to generate AI-powered language learning responses or conversation practice.
- Google Firebase Analytics: Used to collect anonymized app usage data, crash reports, and performance metrics to help us improve our Apps. Firebase Analytics may collect device identifiers, app interaction data, crash data, and performance data. This data is not linked to your personal identity. Google processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Google AdMob: Used in some Apps to display advertising. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, general location, and app interaction data to serve and measure ads, as described in the Advertising section above.

10. Children's Privacy
Our Apps do not target or knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, they may contact us so we can review the request.
11. Security
We follow reasonable security practices to protect app functionality and user privacy. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's operating system and security settings.
We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or another available security method, and keeping your operating system up to date.
12. Subscriptions & Purchases
Some of our Apps offer premium features unlocked through subscriptions or one-time purchases. All transactions are securely processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers or billing information.
We use RevenueCat to verify and manage subscription status. RevenueCat processes anonymized purchase data such as receipts and subscription identifiers to determine access to premium features. This information is not linked to your personal identity by us.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refund requests and billing inquiries must be handled directly with Apple or Google.
13. App Permissions
Depending on functionality, our Apps may request the following permissions:
- Audio: To play or process media files, if supported by the App
- Microphone: Only if an App includes voice recording or speaking practice features
- Notifications: To send optional local reminders or alerts
- Storage: To save files, progress, or user preferences locally
- App Tracking Transparency: Only if an App displays ads through Google AdMob and requests permission to use your advertising identifier for personalized ads
Permissions are optional unless required for a specific feature. Some features may be limited if permissions are denied.
14. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Where an App displays advertising through Google AdMob, Google may process device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, as described in the Advertising section above. Outside of this ad-serving relationship, we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data may only be processed by third-party services when necessary to provide app functionality, such as subscription verification, AI-generated responses, or displaying ads.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised.
Continued use of our Apps after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
