when you use our mobile application (“App”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited information necessary to provide core app functionality.

  • Account Information: When you sign in using Apple Sign In, we collect and store your name and email address.
  • User-Generated Content: Information you create in the app, such as tasks, chore titles, descriptions, group names, and shopping list items.
  • User Identifier: A unique user ID generated by our authentication provider to associate data with your account.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as precise location,

contacts, financial information, health data, or device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for app functionality, including:

  • Authenticating users and managing accounts
  • Enabling core features such as task and group management
  • Synchronizing data across devices
  • Providing optional notifications and reminders

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, analytics,

or tracking purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

User data is securely stored using Firebase Authentication and

Cloud Firestore. We follow industry best practices to protect

your information against unauthorized access.

4. Push Notifications

We may send optional push notifications related to app functionality

(such as task reminders). Push notification tokens are used solely to

deliver notifications and are not used for tracking or identification purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may be available through subscriptions or one-time purchases.

All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store.

We do not have access to your payment details.

We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription status.

RevenueCat processes purchase-related data such as receipts and subscription

identifiers. This information is used only to determine access to premium features.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your data is retained only while your account is active.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app:

Settings → Account Settings → Tap to Edit Icon → Delete my account

When you delete your account, all associated personal data and user-generated

content are permanently removed from our systems.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide core app functionality:

  • Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore – used for user authentication

and secure data storage.

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
