These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile

application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree

to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use

the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and

for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account

using Apple Sign In. You agree to provide accurate and current information and

to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

or misuse the App.

3. User Content

The App allows you to create and store user-generated content such as tasks,

lists, notes, and group-related information (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a

limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for

the purpose of providing app functionality.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and share through

the App.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App:

Settings → Account Settings → Tap to Edit Icon → Delete my account

Upon account deletion, your account information and associated User Content

will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your

App Store account settings. We do not have access to your payment information.

We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription status.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to operate:

• Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore – for user

authentication and secure data storage

• RevenueCat – for subscription and purchase management
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) – for optional

notifications

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy

policies.

7. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part

of it) at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after

changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind,

express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or

error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to

your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable

laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
