These Terms of Use govern your use of Driving Hours Log: Teen Driver ("the App", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Driving Hours Log: Teen Driver is a utility app intended to help users manually record practice drives,

review progress, and generate printable driving reports.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the drive entries, notes, dates, and other information you record in the App.
You are responsible for reviewing official state sources before using the App as part of any licensing or permit process.
You are responsible for using the App in compliance with local laws and safe driving practices.

Driving Hours Log: Teen Driver is not a government service, is not affiliated with any state licensing

authority, and does not represent any DMV, MVC, BMV, DOT, or similar public agency.

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple and managed

through RevenueCat. Payment transactions are handled by Apple, not by us directly.

If you purchase premium access, your purchase is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms,

billing rules, and refund policies.

We may add, remove, improve, or change app features at any time, including premium features,

export formats, and optional reminder tools.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind,

whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental,

special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App,

including reliance on state requirement information, exported records, or logged data.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may update or discontinue the App or any part of it

at any time.
